under the network tab you can see load times for all major file downloads. you can also see the time for the page to respond to every request. these times can differ from the time the page takes to load. in internet explorer, under the page tab, you can see the code that makes up the page. there is usually a flash file, if httpwatch detects one, that may be causing the load time to be longer. click the adobe flash player plugin settings button, and you can disable it or have httpwatch install the plugin. in opera, under the page tab, you can see the code that makes up the page. if you know the source code for the page, you can copy it and use it on your own server. you can also use httpwatch to hide the markup from page loading if you would rather use something other than httpwatch. open the developer tab and click on the remove html button.
